All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through available payment methods. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping Policy
We deliver all over Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our return policy.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Anooram is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.
8. Product Use
Our skincare products are for external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Anooram is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of products.
