1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is eligible for exchange based on availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer handling

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed accordingly.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
  • Refunds may take a few business days depending on your payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect
  • In case of exchange, shipping charges may apply depending on the situation
